ECFMG来信如下：

ECFMG wrote to your medical school to request verification of your final
medical diploma shortly after your diploma was received by ECFMG. In addition,
ECFMG requested that your medical school attach your offical final medical
school transcript, in English if possible, to this verification. ECFMG
further requested the medical school to return the completed verification and
credentials to ECFMG. An incomplete response to ECFMG's verfication request
has been received from your medical school, so ECFMG sent another request on XXX
. The response was incomplete because:

1. The signature and/or title of authorized representative signing on behalf
of the medical school was omitted from the Verification of Medical Education
Form (Form 327-A).

2. The Verification of Medical Education Form (Form 327-A) was not signed by
a recognized official of your medical school.

3. The original Verification of Medical Education Form (Form 327-A) was
returned by a third party.

4. The checkmark certifying whether or not the medical diploma is authentic
and correct was omitted from the original Verification of Medical Education Form
(Form 327-A).

5. A copy of the Verification of Medical Education Form (Form 327-A) was
returned to ECFMG in lieu of the original.

6. The medical school's seal was not affixed to the Verification of Medical
Education Form (Form 327-A).

7. The copy of the final medical diploma that was sent to your medical
school for certification was not returned with the Verification of Medical
Education (Form 327-A).

8. An official final medical school transcript (in English, if possible)
that reports courses and grades that bears your institution's seal and signature
of an authorized representative was not returned with the Verification of
Medical Education Form (Form 327-A).

9. Other: No seal on transcript (我的材料问题之一）
